1.6 Hardware and Software Requirements
Requirements
The software to run and develop programs need certain hardware components and software to run efficiently or at all. These are called the development requirements and they are usually a recommended or minimum guideline.
The game I am creating will run on web javascript meaning a suitable browser is required to develop and run the game efficiently.
Firefox
Processor - Pentium 4 or higher
RAM - 512MB for 32-Bit, 2GB for 64-Bit
Storage - 200MB
Chrome
Processor - Core i3 or higher
RAM - 512MB
Storage - 100MB
Opera
Processor - Pentium 4 or higher
RAM - 512MB
Storage - 80MB
I will develop the game on kaboom.js inside of replit which runs in the browser. This means the only dev requirements are a browser and a decent amount of processing power as most is done in the backend on replit.
